Project Details

Installed dual master cylinder under the floor, stainless brake lines front to back with proportioning valve. Installed a 5-spd transmission behind the original 6cyl, using the original shifter.  Removed rear leaf springs. Removed the dumpbox hydraulic unit. Installed tube-style shocks on all four corners. Relocated the battery.  Converted the truck from 6 volt to 12 volt.  Neutral safety switch and backup lights were installed. Installed 3 point seat belts. Relocated the fuel tank from under the passenger compartment to under the bed.  All brackets, plumbing and fabrication were done to maintain an OEM feel.
